Had an extremely exciting evening last night working on my pumpkin carving skills. Thanks to the folks over at Spartan Tailgate for the pattern.

Hopefully my success translates to the field this afternoon… or something.

It Starts Today…

Tailgate & Cover – The two best things about college football!

First off, welcome and thanks for visiting Tailgate & Cover. As a college football fan there are two things you can’t get enough of: a good tailgate and covering your bets.

Each week I’ll give my take on some of the biggest games and try to find a can’t miss spread or underdog with a heap of points. Just like any college football fan, I love a good tailgate. I also love to sit on my couch on football Saturdays to watch as many games as possible, and this is the reason I’ve spawned Tailgate & Cover: to share my ruminations on college football with the universe.

Most of all, I promise to be a Big Ten apologist and biased in favor of the Michigan State University Spartans.
